Kings County in central California... * until 800 am PST * at 440 am PST...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in the advisory area. Automated rainfall gauges indicate that up to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the Los Banos area...however rainfall is much lighter now. Over the remainder of the area moderate to occasionally heavy rain continues to fall. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fresno...Bakersfield...Visalia...Clovis...Merced...Madera... Tulare...Porterville...Hanford...Delano...Atwater...Los Banos... Wasco...Corcoran...Lemoore...Sanger...Reedley...Selma...Dinuba and Arvin.
