The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a flood advisory for Oahu until 3:45 a.m. At 12:42 a.m., a rain gage at Manoa Lyon Arboretum showed heavy rain falling at 2 inches per hour. Radar also showed moderate to heavy rainfall along the Koolau slopes from Punaluu to Waimanalo. Some of the rainfall has been drifting into the Leeward urban areas.
