The National Working Committe of APC held a meeting with all APC Governors on Friday September 27th at Abuja the meeting gave the reasons why they need to foist unity among all the Party members in their respective States considering the crisis in PDP citimg that APC now have all the chances to win the election at the Federal, but the Governors insisted that the control of the Party in their respective State should be handed over to them but Chief Akande refused insisting that the Party is a progressive and not a conservative,and. that unity must be felt in all the States before the inauguration of the State Harmonization Committe and registration of members and each of the Governors were mandated to pay N70m for the take off of the party logistics but the Governors complained of the Naional Assembly members plot to hijack the party from them and to forestal this and have a rancour free take off a similar meeting will also be held with National Assembly members and it is slated for October 11 at Abuja but on Monday September 30th Senator Kaka officially commissioned his MDG projects : classrooms,school building and ICT Centers but to his surprise most party leaders ,excos and Chairmen failed to turn up and some who are bold enough clearly told him that the Governor has instructed them to stay clear of him,presently there are too many agitating pressure groups in APC Ogun,Groups like Osusu Owo,,Matagbamole,Rescue Team and Reality Forum all are agitating for congress and primary election for party offices,independence of the Party,restatememt of Osoba as the leader of the Party in the State and no second term for Amosun,presently Amosun is jittery as he is feeling the heat and twice he had tried to book appointment with Chief Osoba but Osoba was always telling him he is not around but when he called the aides of the former Governor they secretly told him the old man is around but not wishing to see him,in the past Amosun has tried to drag the old man out if his shell and fight him thereby disgracing him but the old fox has display a lot of political sagacity,all Amosun political wizards seem to have run out of ideas and the power of the office of the Governor seems unable to withstand the tussling and his political witch doctors are now seen capitalising on his friggettery so exploit him of good momey his new gear is now to go to Senate and become Semate President if APC win national,this is seen as a sort of softlanding because of hostility from. Ogun East and West but are these not attempt to make him eat humble pie,is it not fast becoming TRUE that the king must dance naked in the market place? Anyway a high power meeting is scheduled for Chief Osoba home at Boudillon on Monday October 7th to re appraise,analyze and strategize ways to make APC work and independent of Government influence in Ogun State.
