The Nigerian military says its fighter jets have bombed camps belonging to the Islamist group Boko Haram in the northeast of the country. It said it was in response to a massacre on Sunday of up to fifty students at an agricultural college. The military said the strikes were carried out on Monday on the border between Yobe and Borno, the two states worst hit by Boko Harams insurgency. It said fifteen people had been arrested in connection with the college attack.. Via BBC
