The OBAMA HEALTHCARE SITE has a SISTER SITE that doesnt work either. Ive trying to get an account of the SS site and it says it cannot create an account for me and asked if all info was correct, to contact them. I did, and got a call-back in about an hour from a dumb CS rep (is there any other kind) who told me I already had an account and we talked back and forth 10-15 minutes trying to figure out my sign in name.......she acted like she new it. She put me on hole for 5-10 minutes and came back on and said that she was wrong; that I did not have an account. Then she led me by the hand, like a dummy consumer, to sign up for an account. I told her that I had done that twice already and that I had been told they could not create an account for me. She said that she could no longer help me and that I would have to go to a local SS office. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused. I asked her again, and even though she had jacked me around forever, I was still nice to her (I must be slipping because I hate to have to ever contact CS to start with) and asked her again. She refused and hung up. JUST LIKE THE OTHER 99% OF CS REPS IN THE WORLD, TOTALLY USELESS! You 1%ers should beat the heck out of the 99%ers, get rid of them, and YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO BE ASHAMED OF YOUR PROFESSION. Gravity pulls , the Government and CS sucks.
