If using a desk, put hands outside the hips, core tight, and shoulders down away from your years. Lower your body straight toward the floor and bend your elbows straight to the back to target those triceps. You can use a desk, or a chair (but make sure the wheels are locked). To increase intensity, take it lower and use a chair, or better yet, lift your leg. Complete 15-20 reps, 2-3 sets…1 minute in between each set! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖⠀⠀ Don’t just sit there! Lose that A.S.S.
