The Optimus Sushi Roll is here! Restaurant week (which is really all of August) is upon us and Uptown Sushi, in Uptown Park, is featuring the Optimus Roll. If you’re in the area, stop in and check it out. This amazing creation is a collaboration between Chef Jaime and the Optimus team. The Optimus team loves its sushi and it was only natural that Optimus + Uptown Sushi = The Optimus roll. The roll will be on the lunch and dinner menu with a percentage of sales going to benefit the Houston Food Bank. Head over to Uptown Sushi and try it! Like Optimus, it has a little bit of a spicy kick, so Texans and sushi lovers should both be fans.
