FPAN is a federation of top Philippine National Police Accredited Non-government Organization that are committed to the vision of a united, dynamic and motivated NGO volunteers working in partnership with a professional and responsive Philippine National Police towards the attainment of a safe place, live, work, invest and do business. MISSION To organize and integrate its members as well as provide assistance and support to the PNP and other law enforcement agencies in the prevention and control of crimes for the attainment of peace, development and national unity.
