The Pakistan Club Kingdom of Bahrain. Ramadan Karim Tape Ball Flood Light Cricket Tournament 2013. Ramadan Karim 7-A side Tape Ball Flood Light Cricket Tournament will initiate in the Pakistan Club premises Manama on 1st of Ramadan Karim 2013. The tournament is open to all nationalities. Teams wishing to participate must register before 3rd of July 2013 entries close at 11.00 pm. After the deadline the penalty of BD 10/- (BD Ten Only) will be charges from each team as late fee with the normal entry fee. The registered Team Captains meeting will be held on the 05th July 2013 @ 7.00 pm at the Pakistan Club, where draws will be held in the open along with its mega event opening ceremony. Rules & Regulations: 1. Entry fees non-refundable or transferable for under 12 to 15 per team will be BD 36/= (BD Thirty Six Only) and under 16 to 19 per team will be payable BD 45/= (BD Forty Five only) and above +19 per team will be BD 54/= (BD Fifty Four Only) to be paid in cash. 2. Each team is required to register the names of 9 players with their original CPR and copies. 3. Each team shall nominate a Captain who would be responsible for the toss; good conduct of the team on the field and for compliance with the rules of the tournament. 4. All matches will be played with tape tennis balls. 5. Cricket rules would be applied. 2 neutral umpires will provided by the organizing committee for every match in the ground. 6. All the teams will be required to report at least 10 minutes before their match timing, to conduct the toss. Any team that does not report 10 minutes after the scheduled time will lose the game. 7. Minimums of six (6) players are required to play match. Any team that does not have the required minimum six (6) players will forfeit the match. No team is allowed to make changes to their team, no Matter what the circumstances are? 8. Throughout the tournament (group stages & knockout) each team will be required to ball 6 overs per inning, comprising of 4 normal overs and 2 power play overs (1 power-play over to be taken by the bowling side and 1 power-play over by the batting side) with each over consisting of 6 balls. 9. In case where the match is a tie based on the total runs, the winner will be the team, which has lost lesser wickets. If the match is still a tie, then the winner will be decided by the spin of a coin. 10. The Prizes for the Tournament winners and runners-up will be as follows:- A. Above 19+++ Winner Prize 700/=US$ Runner-up prize will be 350/= US$ B. Under 16 to19 Winner Prize 500/=US$ Runner-up prize will be 250/= US$ C. Under 12 to15 Winner Prize 400/=US$ Runner-up prize will be 200/= US$ 11. The tournament will be governed by the tournament organizing committee, the tournament committee shall be the sole judge to decide on any matter that requires arbitration and their decision will be final. Teams convicted of foul play can be disqualified from the tournament, for example if any team tries to lose a match to benefits themselves or the other teams. 12. Teams (Players) are requested to come in proper Cricket Kit.
