The Pastoral Council is presently working on the strategic plan and program for the coming year including the calendar and budget. It would be well for the faithful to pray at this time as we are not receiving offerings that would cover having contractors in the coming fiscal year. To pay for just the three contracts that we have as a Catholic faith community (musician, music leader, parish coordinator), we would need $31K beyond what we normally receive on Sundays. Presently we receive annually only $25K from offerings. With that amount, we would not even be able to cover the cost of what we need for appropriated contracts. Our hope is that the Command will be able to support these contracts so that we can have a program for next year. We realize that this is a difficult pill to swallow but knowing reality is important. We will need your help for the future of the parish.
