The Peoples March journal is now back as an online journal but does not come out as a registered publication.One of the biggest debates in a revolutionary movement is the publishing of a mass legal organ.For a long time the Peoples March was registered legal journal officialy,but morally treated like a banned publication and supressed.Neverthless it survived 9 years before official ban and was gain legally re-instated.Morally it is still unofficially banned even if given legal consent.It raises the question whether a revolutionary group should have a legal organ which can preserve underground structure.Arguably the official or illegal party organ should only publish statements ,documents and polemics and not publish the struggles of the mass organizations.The legal mass organs should report the struggles of mass organizations or movements.Best examples of mass organs were erstwhile mass organs like JanJwar of M.C.C,Mukti Marg of C.P.I.(M.L.) Party Unity and of party organs,liberation of the C.P.I.(M.L.)Central Team and Party Unity of C.P.I.(M.L.)Party Unity.Earlier there was a tendency to report mass organization struggles in party organs likeIndian vanguard.Today there is a tendency for even mass political organs to be targeted .
