The Peoples National Movement under Patrick Manning almost destroyed Trinidad and Tobago by borrowing Money from China to Build Schools. China has given these loans and demand that their Contractors from China build these Projects. The Chinese did not hire Local Labour nor did they buy their food and most of the Building Materials in Trinidad. The Tax Payers of Trinidad and Tobago have to pay Back these Loans to China with no benefits to them except for a few School Buildings which the Chinese left and there are no Guarantee that these Schools would withstand an Earth Quake based on what they have done in Siparia and Princess Town. After all this was shared with your Government Ministers including the Speaker of the House your Government still see it necessary to continue to borrow from China. You were warned that the Children Hospital is being Built on a Fault line yet you continue to Build a Hospital for Children when half of the Building in the Mount Hope Hospital is unoccupied.
