The Pharma Industry really needs to understand that social media is a great channel for building brand trust and procuring customer feedback. Digital strategies should always include open communication and engagement. An informed consumer will have a better understanding of business processes and be more tolerant to pricing. The FDA needs to hurry up and get social guidelines established so everyone will join the conversations.
