The Pleasant Valley High girls volleyball team beat Yuba City on the road Wednesday 25-27, 25-17, 25-23, 23-25, 17-15. Sydney Stanley led the team with 34 assists and Kristina Joyce followed with 31. Ashley Geiger and Lily Justine had 16 and 14 kills, respectively. Courtney Holloway also had 13 kills and Natalie Lowden added 10 more for PV (3-8). Brooke Fogel had 48 digs, Meagan Mason had 22 digs and Abby Melton had 12 aces for the Vikings.
