This document was written by Dominic Cummings. An incredibly intelligent and radical thinking adviser within the Government. To comment upon this with the reply idiot or Basted WITHOUT reading the original document is wrong and blindingly judgmental..AND I MEAN READ THE ORIGINAL ESSAY... Not the misleading falsely edited version by the telegraph below..It is foolish and sheep like to clump Dominic Cummings in to the general term of Tory Wanker... He is an inspirational forward thinker who is passionate about education.
