The Public interest litigation filed by me before the supreme court in W.P. (Civil) No. 139/2014 seeking for establishment of national court of appeal with regional benches as chennai, mumbai and kolkatta came up admission before the Cheif Justice and Justice Ranjan gogai on 28.02.214. Initially the bench was reluctant to entertain the matter, since it involves policy decision. I made my submissions and convinced the bench, thereafter the court was pleased to issue notice returnable by 4 weeks. The matter is posted on 01/04/2014 for further hearing.
