The Rascal Unit spent four days in Toronto, OH in 2014 doing community cat spay/neuter and TNR for Toronto and adjacent communities. This was an extremely successful event thanks to the collaboration of Rascal with Toronto City Kitties and Spay Neuter Ohio. Many thanks to the Toronto Fire Department who let us park in their bay, to all the sponsors that helped cover the costs to help sterilize some of these unowned kitties, the volunteers that helped the clinic run smoothly, the Hampton Inn for being so accommodating to our staff and Cindy Miller for getting things started.
