The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) is a multi-state agreement that seeks a market-based solution to cutting carbon pollution, fighting climate change, and developing resources for energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. RGGI involves the cooperation of nine US States in the northeast US, including Delaware.
