The Rhys Parry Freedom Fuels complaint resolution process: 1) Customer comes in and complains that pump is not working/broken. 2) I look as sincere as possible, write down gibberish on a piece of paper. Tell the customer Ill put in a maintenance request 3) Put on a fluro vest and follow the customer to their car. 4) Wait till customers leave, smile and nod as they drive off. 5) Walk back inside. Ball up piece of paper and toss it into bin. 6) Take off fluro vest.
