The Rialto Unified School District board continues to take heat for that controversial Holocaust essay assignment. Deborah Lipstadt, one of the world’s most-renowned Holocaust scholars, wrote this week that the assignment was the greatest victory for Holocaust denial in well over a decade. And the Los Angeles City Council has called upon the board to make a public apology.
