The Rights Storm Troopers contend that the president’s lieutenants have taken actions which they say violate his constitutional duty to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Of course the house of cards is built with lies. And prosecutorial discretion is a far cry from the consistent breaking of the law that the Rights Storm Troopers engage up and down our geography, creating a judicial jam with their unconstitutional shenanigans... and plain felonies. Jonathan Turley, a liberal-minded George Washington University law professor who said he voted for Obama and generally agrees with administration’s policy positions, a beloved expert the Rights Storm Troopers like to quote, expressed: “I do not agree that prosecutorial discretion supports the full range of unilateral actions that the administration has taken in these areas.” Of course, he didnt provide any supporting evidence for his opinion. Which, under those circumstances, does amount to punishable slander... AND so do the other players who the sycophant media parade, namely, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) a member of the Judiciary Committee and former federal prosecutor; Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.); Rep. Tom Rice (R-S.C.); and Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), who tried to file The Faithful Execution of the Law Act. And there are plenty of other Rights Storm Troopers lining up on the rings to keep the circus going... including the selected conservative purists of the Senate and those not so purist known as extremists... What the Justice Department should do is establish a task force to investigate the dereliction of duty of our dishonorable legislators. Which would constitute a real service to the Nation and to the responsible discharge of Constitutional mandates...
