The Romanian Spring Festival Atlanta 2014 - Meeting the Romanian lead vocals: Victor Cepoi Victor was born and raised in the capital of Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, in a family where music reflected the qualities of each person. His parents, his brother and his aunt as well as his first music teacher were his sources of inspiration. She, his teacher, also helped Victor’s vocal training by providing canto lessons. After graduating from the Music School, Victor held shows at various Universities. He collaborated primarily with his friends and colleagues. Most recently, in 2013, Victor held a performance with the “Cantabile” Choir, conducted by Elena Marian, with about 25 female voices plus Victor and his male friends as back-vocal bass-baritone. With “Cantabile” Victor went into the Finals of “Romania’s Got Talent”. Together they also held concerts and participated at festivals, national and international concerts, gathering an extraordinary experience and well-deserved prizes. Victor came to US in October 2013, in Atlanta. His first US performance was few days later at RomFestAtlanta’s Fall Festival Victor also performed at the recent New Year’s Eve party “an event very well organized and an awesome overall show”. People were very relaxed and happy during the wonderful night. Victor’s music is based on pop-rock, one adjusted to fit his personality and style. Few months ago Victor, together with his friends and composer Vitalie Oftici, created a mini musical project. The result is the attached video – “I hope you like it!”. This year at the Festival, Victor’s show is a mix tempo music, with some surprises along the way! “Art is a decor. This Festival is an opportunity to find yourself and to appreciate the traditions and the cultural harmony. If you feel the sound of music and the bass in the speakers then come with me!
