The Rotten Tomatoes critics were wrong, wrong, wrong about The Monuments Men. It was a great movie starring George Clooney, Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Cate Blanchett, John Goodman, Jean Dujardin (The Artist, and Hugh Bonneville (Downton Abbey). Great scenic shots of French and German cities (real or computer-generated), and good screen writing. Just the right touch of patriotism, action and humor. If it hadnt been for the real life Monuments Men, millions of stolen pieces of art would have ended up in Germany. As it was, the Nazis did manage to burn priceless masterpieces before their final retreat, per Hitlers orders. Go see it!
