The Rule of Law or the Whims of Man: Dear Jessye Freeman - TopicsExpress

The Rule of Law or the Whims of Man: Dear Jessye Freeman Associate to the Honourable Justice Bell , 1. Mr Bongiorno is the creator of controversy. 2. Mr Bongiorno did effect an arbitrary arrest in his Star Chamber, without notifying myself of the charge, in an effort to deny myself a fair hearing, contrary to the Charter. 3. In such circumstance, The application pursuant to s33 of the Charter, inter alia, is for Mr Bongiorno to refer the matter to the Court of Appeal on the interpretation of the Charter itself; 3. The question of interpretation is the usurping of the parliamentary privilege, and powers in creation of the Charter, by the Supreme Court including Bongiorno, Emerton, and the Court of Appeal Whelan, Nettle and Neave. 4. In a conspiracy to pervert the administration of justice and conspiracy to murder by joint enterprise; of the Supreme Court, the Attorney General Victoria and the Department of Justice [sic]; 5. This is an effort to discriminate based on race and disability; 6. We suggest the Supreme Court and the Attorney General need to check their definition of, at the very least, Indirect Discrimination; 7. We realise their mate, the corrupt racist bigot the Federal Attorney General George Brandis, wants to come out of the closet; we say the racist Supreme Court Victoria, and Court of Appeal are hiding in plain sight; 8. We offer the Federal Attorney General the last charge of RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ACT 1975 - SECT 18C Offensive behaviour because of race, colour or national or ethnic origin 9. These matters are matters of a constituional matter and we apply for time to file the Notice, 10. We also need to notify the Victorian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission pursuant to s35 of the Charter, in alia; 11. The question of interpretation of the Charter ultimately is the question of whether the Rule of Law and or the Principle of Legality exist in Australia and in particular Victoria, 12. Or are we ruled by the Whims of Man, bigotted or not. 13. In addition, the VCAT and Emerton denied myself the medical care of hospital and doctors for heart condition. 14. In addition, I am the carer of an elderly father. 15. Why should my name be defamed by incompetent, non-independent and non-impartial judiciary who refuses to perform judicial powers but instead abuses discretion arbitrarily and capriciously, amounting to no discretion. 16. And there appears a conspiracy to provide judicial powers to the police to act as judge, jury and executioner, causing the deaths of Gong Ling Tang, TJ Hickey, and many others, often without proper trials. 17. Amounting to Murder by Joint Enterprise. 18. Finally, notification of hearing at 3pm on the previous day is Mr Bongiornos idea of a private star chamber of a Kangaroo Court. judicialcorruptionaustralia.tk/
