The SJU Animal Studies Program is pleased to announce plans for this years invited lecture. Phil Arkow, a widely recognized expert on animal-assisted therapy, will present a lecture titled, “Animal-Assisted Interventions with the Elderly: Concepts, Concerns and Strategies.” The invited lecture will take place on January 29, 2015 at 11am in McShains Large Lapsley Room. The event is free and open to the public, so be sure to mark your calendars.
