Looking for some hope from the sleep deprivation? I just received this email and it bought tears to my eyes...this is EXACTLY why I spend 4-5 hours (Im not joking) every day replying to emails from desperate parents for FREE...to make this difference... If you told me this time last week T would be in his cot at bed time wide awake having a little chat to himself (no crying at all) then falling asleep on his own 5 mins later I wouldnt of believed you!!! He slept through sunday night (miracles do happen) and woken once a night every night since but gone down very quickly each time using your advice. Its been a week now and cant belive the improvement in him day and night!! Fingers crossed it continues and we will have a baby sleeping through every night over the next couple of weeks. For the first time ever I feel like a mum and not a slave to a demanding baby. I would feel sick everytime he would cry and I would panic with worry. Now down to you I feel totally in control and not him controlling me. I could never thank you enough and still cant believe you work so hard helping mums for free. You really are a gem lisa and so glad I emailed you. My husbands home this weekend from work and instead of worrying about arguing cos T is keeping us both up im actually really looking forward to seeing him. Thank you for helping to get us to enjoy being a family. Xxx
