The Scottish Clan have been very busy this weekend. On Saturday at the Wellington Mountain Running Championships in Wainuiomata, Stephen Day and Sam McCutcheon took out 1st and 2nd in the Senior Men, while Grant McLean and Michael Wray did the same in the Men Over 40 race. Loretta Desourdy was 2nd, Pam Graham 3rd and Diane Morgan 5th in Women Over 50. Provisional results are on our website scottishathletics.org.nz/News/ArtMID/2115/ArticleID/2381/Wellington-Mountain-Running-Championships-Wainuiomata Yesterday saw the King of the Hill race also in Wainuiomata. While results are hard to come by, we can confirm that Martin Van Barneveld and Nicole Mitchell were King and Queen of the Mountain, with James Richardson and Dan Hunt 2nd and 4th in the mens race. Finally in a very chilly Christchurch yesterday, Tim Hodge was 10th in the mens half in 1.09, with John Earles 2 places back in 1.12.
