The Search - Part 1 (How We Got Here) The search is on for the thief or thieves who stole my laptop and external hard drives. But how did we get here? Last Saturday, my buddy Kojo Papabi Abompey and I decided to go to a nearby joint to listen to live highlife music. We returned after about two hours, so I was home by 10pm. I worked for a bit on the laptop, I then went to bed but kept the top lid open and left it in the living room. I went back to the living room at 6am and found my keys and other stuff I keep in my laptop bag strewn all over the place. It all gathered in my mind in a minute as I realized slowly but surely that the laptop had disappeared. I immediately checked for the external hard drive on which I had backed up so much information. It had disappeared. Stay tuned.
