We are opening a BRAND NEW RESTAURANT in South Anchorage and we’re looking for talented people to fill the following positions: Front Of House Manager – Hope you like hats, because youll be wearing all of them! Overall management of FOH operations. Experience, energy and personality are musts here! FOH Day Supervisor – Mostly days, but flexibility is required. Scheduling, caterings, booking private dining and community outreach FOH Night Supervisor –Mostly nights, but flexibility is required. Scheduling, private dining, flawless operation of South Restaurant dinners and bar scene Swing Shift Supervisor –This person covers management shifts on off days. Some coffee house, some dining room. You’re the glue! Bar Manager –What can we say, who doesn’t love the bar manager?! Lots of creativity needed for this position. South Anchorage craves a fabulous cocktail program and we’re looking for the right person to drive that. Sous Chefs –Looking for great cooks and great managers of people and product. Creativity is encouraged and ownership mentality is required. BOH Kitchen/Coffeehouse Liaison –You’re the person who is going to make the marriage between coffeehouse and restaurant work.
