(The Solution For Black America: Is An Interactive Book) I wrote my book The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition because I lack the manpower to start my organization and also to generate capital/seed money in order for me to hire thirty qualified individuals to help me manage the daily operations of my business. Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute OF Arts and Entertainment will focus on giving our youth a chance to express their natural talents by creating our own films, plays, and music. We will also teach our students about economics, history, politics, religion, and life skills. We will teach our students how to start and run a business, how to write a business plan and apply for a business loan which will put an end to the crises in our inner cities and in third world countries. The idea here is for us to unite other social entrepreneurs like me to help our students advertise, promote and grow their start up businesses and provide them with the resources to succeed in their business endeavors. This would create job opportunities in our urban communities both on the local, state, and national level as well as on a global level. This will help minimize high unemployment among our youth. The media is a very powerful source of information in our society. We will teach our students how to become a professional journalist so that we can get accurate news reports within our community via our newsletters, or through our local radio and television station within our school. With so many African American in high social positions it would appear that things are improving for our people but this is not the case. Chicago remains the murder capital in America and yet established black organizations in my city refuse to work with me in solving urban violence. I turned to social media to create social groups and connect with others who think outside the box like me. I am on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide but only three people are on my advisory board this is unacceptable Black America! Unlike most authors who write book after book without engaging their audience. I am an authentic urban author and upcoming social entrepreneur. I want to make this a meaningful experience for my readers this is why I provide my business email in my book in order to connect with those who are in agreement with my plan/vision to improve Urban America for those persons to send me their Gmail or Yahoo email address in order for me to answer any questions they may have about what I wrote. I encourage them to help spread my book information with their family, friends, their place of worship, and at their local community center. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Those of you who live in the states below work with me in setting up a chapter in your city so that when I come to your state it will help speed up the process. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan to expand abroad to Africa in the country of Liberia first than eventually to 25 other countries in Africa to people that want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. My organization will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. I want all of my supporters to work with me and help me make GRCAM into one of the best African American business in the United States and also help me turn my organization into a multi-million dollar business so that I can create legitimate jobs to our clients and members who reside in urban communities. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to communities and families that want and need our services. My organization is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. But everyone must agree with all of the principles in my book no exceptions. The primary cause of social problems is the lack of resources and power. The cure for lack of power is power itself. This is my contribution back to my community and throughout the African Diaspora.
