The Spring 2014 ENGL 104 Artists as Agents for Change is the standard mandatory research writing course. However, this particular section will first be focused on the history of artists (all artists included -- dancers, singers, actors, etc.) as agents for change. After studying various artists and how they use their talents to make a difference, students will move on to create their own research projects and will include visual rhetoric to try to make a change in their world.
