The State Government of Arunachal Pradesh has adopted new policy for the Land & Revenue Management Department, Govt.of A.P, WHEREIN applicant can apply for Land Allotment for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation of Government Land directly in violation of The Arunachal Pradesh Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupations) Act, 2003 & The Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. Now the big question are: 1. how District Administration can stop fresh public encroachment of government land? 2. How any court can give judgments in favour of the complainant PURSUING against the violators of Public Premises Act when it is the Cabinet decision of the State Government of A.P to Regularized Unauthorized Occupation of Government land? 3. How State Government, Land & Revenue Management Department & District Administration, government of A.P are trying to protect the government lands which are not yet encroached by the public? How many of you think that the said policy of the State Government is going to benefit the State ? NOTE: Only in Capital Complex more than 11000 illegal encroachers are going to benefited soon by this policy.
