"The Subconscious Mind, when we do not give it a direction or focal point has a tendency to wander about without any direction. Without Spiritual development, most people are not even aware that their Minds are wandering about petty things that make them feel miserable and can make them physically ill. Most people will allow their Sub Conscious Mind to wander into their past issues and they will linger there, creating more issues that makes them feel miserable and lost. They become haunted by their past and are unable to sort out the meaning of Life in the "now."
