The Swim 25 min AMRAP 50m swim Wall Ball shots (rep count is based on the weight the athlete chooses) 50m swim (back to the rower) + Team Row for distance The team of 4 starts at the row machine with one person in the water. When the timer starts one teammate starts his/her round of swimming and wall ball shots while teammates 2,3,and 4, work together to row for distance during the 25 min cap. When the swimmer finishes his/her round the next teammate works to complete a second round while the rest of the team keeps rowing. ALL teammates MUST complete at least one round of swimming and wall ball shots before they repeat another round. After each teammate has completed one swim/wall ball round the team may then distribute their subsequent rounds to any teammate they like. *Wall Ball options: Guys - 20 reps@20lbs, or 25 reps@16lbs Gals - 20 reps@14 lbs, or 25 reps@10lbs * The wall ball shots much reach a 10’ target for guys and gals and the hip crease must drop below the knees at the bottom of the squat. *The total rounds completed as a team in the swim/wall ball portion of the WOD, plus partial rounds, will count as one score. Every rep counts! *A 50m swim counts as 1 rep and 1 point. 20 or 14 lb wall ball reps count as 1 point. 16 or 10 lb wall ball reps count as 0.8 of a point. *Individuals may use any stroke necessary to complete a 50m swim. *Only one teammate at a time is completing the swim/wall ball portion. The following teammate can be in the water waiting for previous teammate to touch wall. No diving! Swimmers can push off the wall. *The total distance rowed will count as a second score.
