The TPP agreement must be stopped! No country or business should be allowed to sell anything inside the US unless they provide a livable baseline amount of wages and benefits to their workers as well as take measureable steps to adopt environmentally friendly manufacturing methods similar to what we have. Our government should be negotiating on behalf of what benefits the American workers and other workers around the world and not just what benefits the corporations and wealthy class. We should be forcing other countries to raise their working standards to our level of pay & benefits. Instead we wind up forcing our workers to accept lower & lower wages & benefits to compete with the lower standards of third world countries. Every trade agreement in my memory has resulted in the loss of American jobs and the lowering of the middle classs standard of living. Whos representing the working classs interests in this whole mess? Nobody!!!
