The Team at Pacific Hi Fi really do try to go the extra mile for their clients and sometimes it doesnt go right, whilst many other times it all comes together wonderfully. I was called prior to shipment to let me know they had opened the package to make sure all the glass was intact but if there were any problems upon delivery to let them know so it could be sorted out. I (mistakenly) thought that part of the product was missing, called them on a Saturday and they said they would follow up on the Monday no problem, even though I acknowledged at the time it could be my fault. Item found all good (dog had stolen it). I really appreciated their Can Do, No Problem attitude. No hesitation to order from them again.
