The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution clearly states that the federal government possesses only those powers given to it by the states or by the people. In other words, the power goes from the people up; not the other way around. I would like to urge my fellow Arizonans to vote yes on Proposition 122. This proposition allows the state to assert its rights in rejecting federal laws or judicial rulings that are deemed unconstitutional by our state legislature or voters in our state. I firmly believe in States rights according to the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution. I voted yes!!
