The Town of Millersburg has chosen a new town marshal to replace a man charged with a very strange crime. Al Mackowiak will now take over the job. He spent 35 years as a police officer and detective in Goshen, and is currently in charge of security at Goshen College. Mackowiak replaces David Hathaway, who was charged with taking panties that belonged to his sons girlfriend. Hathaway will be in court August 15th.
