The Town of Okotoks is in need of an additional fifteen (15) volunteers to assist with the Okotoks Parade Day! Time commitment would be 8:00 am until the parade ends at approximately 12:30 pm. Five (5) positions are needed for the float staging area, this is getting floats into their respective positions in a smooth and safe manner and ensuring that all floats leave staging area at the appropriate time and position. Ten (10) positions are needed to help with closing the streets by putting barricades up, then taking them down at the end of the parade. These positions would then man the barricades (street closure) to ensure public safety.
