The Tsunami in Western Region was fierce. Only one old executive survived by the teeth. The new team are strategically spread across the region with power swinging slightly towards the Sefwi Nzema area where we have just one seat out of over 10 seats - Wilson Arthur now,the personality who wrote this above quoted comment as a contribution to a post i put up last night when the NPP Regional election results started tricking-in, is the CEO of SKYY GROUP and a senior of mine at the prestigious Saint Johns School, Sekondi, Ghana so he certainly speaks only when he has a serious point to make. this therefore cements the fact that,indeed,the current NPP executives,particularly at the regional and national level,have become inextricably associated with total failure,and because the grass-root supporters of the party are clearly in no mood to suffer a third consecutive electoral defeat,come 2016,they are bent on sweeping aside the current visionless leadership and bringing in a new crop of pragmatic and results oriented leadership. so,if my senior Mr Arthur Wilson is describing results of yesterdays regional elections as a TSUNAMI,then, that of the national elections is certainly going to be VOLCANICALLY VOLCANIC VOLCANO because our great party must be prevented from losing a third general election,on the trot,by way of getting rid of arm-chair,talkative,visionless and parasitic leadership, and replace it with one that is dedicated,pragmatic,selfless and result-oriented. indeed,both the delegates and ordinary grass-root supporters of npp are very much aware of why the party suffered those two bitter electoral defeats, and is languishing in opposition as a result. i therefore trust our party delegates to reverse this downward spiral of the partys electoral fortunes by doing what is right, when it comes to electing a new national leadership, to prepare for the great battle of 2016,defeat the John Kofi-Dubai Mahama-led bunch of al-shabab-like socio-economic terrorists,chase them out of a noble place of our nations presidency and render leadership with direction and substance, to our currently suffering citizenry. NPP WILL BE BACK!!!
