The Turkish get up (T.G.U) heres a little run through of how I do it, youll see many different variations of this exercise. I use it on myself and with many other clients who have tight joints, mainly hips to help open up and improve mobility. As well as learning how to get tension in the core area and overhead. As with any exercise focus on feeling the movement not loading up big weights doesnt always make you strong, focus/discipline and control over movements and your body does. Give this exercise a go, start light focus on the movement and only increase weight when perfect movement is achieved. Inbox me if you have any questions.
