The UN Security Council has come to Stalemate as it is not based on universal values and ethics but based of the veto power of those powerful countries. International Criminal Court (ICC) and Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) are exceptional for countries that are economically rich and nothing to do with those powerful countries and its allies. We need a reform in International structures that ensure accountability of all nations and peoples. The questions are from where to start this and How to explore the power of the global citizens toward this direction?
