The UP Cebu Student Council will release forms for concessionaires for Cookout 2014 this September 25, 2015 (Thursday). Here are the following guidelines: - The first 21 concessionaires will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. - 1 organization = 1 concessionaire - Please secure MOA and contact person for the concessionaire to ensure your spot. - Be reminded that there will be an electric fee of Php 100 per day for 2 weeks shouldered by the concessionaires. - Secure a letter of approval addressed to the Associate Dean for Administration, Dr. Tiffany Tan.
