The UP Police, The CBI, and the NIA --------------------------------------- The PM of India once decides to give our agencies a test to see who is best at handling crimes.He releases a wolf into a forest and each of the agencies has to catch it. The NIA goes in. They place animal informants throughout the forest. They question all plant and mineral witnesses. After three months of extensive investigations they conclude that wolves do not exist and instead its the squirrels who are committing all crimes. Files its report on squirrel terror. Next the CBI goes in. After two weeks with no leads and finding no evidence - they burn the forest, killing everything in it, wolf escapes while everything else perishes. CBI makes no apologies. The squirrels had it coming. Finally to solve the crime for once and all The UP Police goes in. They come out two hours later with a badly beaten squirrel. The squirrel is yelling: Yes Yes !
