The Univ. College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) has invited me on behalf of the Virgin Islands Youth Advocacy Coalition to present a paper on VI corruption I wrote in law school at the American University Washington College of Law last year. The presentation will be given at UCCIs 2014 Caribbean Conference this week, in which the topic is corruption in the Caribbean. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated, as this is an unprecedented conference in our region!
