The Universe That is Floating on Gods Third Eye, This is Where Honesty Lies Pt. 4 There are some forms of falsehood that make sense when analyzed properly. One such form of a helpful falsehood would be that of a myth. The infamous Foundation Myth section of Plato’s Republic no doubt oversimplifies how myths come into being, but clearly Plato recognized their usefulness as tool to control the populace. Plato has been excoriated for this suggestion as a calculated lie in the service of propaganda. To show and prove this is the case, here is a myth about extreme examples of belief that is interwoven with truth and falsehoods to make the point about the necessity of objective thinking. Suppose there is someone who is a human rights activist. This person always monitors the practices of cultures and governments to make sure that all people are treated with respect and, according to their view, they believe that every human has a right to attain the quality of life that other, more privileged people are allowed. But here I am, I sacrifice humans to my God and eat the meat from the sacrifices. To me cannibalism is completely natural because that is the way it has always been in my culture. And if I don’t make the proper sacrifices to my God, it will anger the God and retribution will be my lot. So you say the human rights activist is correct in trying to stop me, but I say to put so much value on human life is hypocritical of you. After all weren’t your people the ones who got so mad at the terrorists that destroyed the world trade center which killed thousands of people? You said, well why did they have to do something so extreme and why did they knock down both towers? But to this day, America still justifies when the H-bombs were dropped on Japan, which killed almost 100 times the amount of people who died on September 11th. You say it stopped World War 2. But we know it wasn’t necessary. All that was needed was to show the power of the bomb. And you surely didn’t have to drop two bombs. So even by your standards, human life is really not that valuable, because you know very well that not ruthlessly decimating the German peoples’ way of life in World War 1 would have prevented Hitler from being so mad as to try to create a master race and take over the world. Even now you feel you have the right to impose your country’s will on any other country that doesn’t believe in your jaded form of democracy. I keep telling you that my country is not that advanced. There no way I could possibly be a threat to your people. Since we live where life has been for millions of years, we have our own source of energy we derive from the oil in the ground. And we are able to also use that oil to sell to other countries so our deserted land can still be prosperous. But now we have to split it with you because you “liberated” us. Thanks a lot. Do we need to get into the atrocities that you committed by exterminating the Native American people or the Africans you brought over here to brutally enslave and abuse? So who are you to tell me that I can’t sacrifice other human beings and eat them? There’s a lot more humanity in it than in your culture. Yes this is a long, drawn out example of something crazy. The American armed forces would come and pull me out of a hole I was hiding in and have me executed by my own country’s people who wanted the power to rule if it were true. And they could have that power as long as they didn’t sacrifice and eat people. My point is that what we think of right and wrong is subject to our own interpretation of what is indeed right and wrong. We see that the eternal forms that create this life are objective entities that give us the tools for this life and it is up to us to use them. Most forms have no polarity. This is the frame of mind we must have for the moment. We have our feet off the ground, but we are still bogged down in the mire of this artificial construct of things that are materializing to become this creation.
