The University of The Gambia PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT The University of The Gambia is pleased to announce to the General Public that: The 8th Convocation/Graduation Ceremony – Jointly Held with the Gambia College will take place on Friday, 14th March 2014 at 3:00 pm at the July 22nd Square in Banjul. By this notice: The Graduands are requested to collect their Gowns and related regalia from their respective faculty officers upon payment of a rental fee of D600/gown at the Accounts Office. The following faculty officers have been assigned the task of distributing the gowns as follows: A. Mr. Modou Secka-School of Agriculture& Environmental Sciences B. Mr. Muhammed Tambedou & Mr Famara Sanneh-School of Arts & Sciences. C. Mrs. Majula Sayang-School of Business & Public Administration D. Mr. Abdul Aziz Cham/Mrs. Awa Badjan/Mr. Amadou Barrow/Jainaba Sisawo-School Medicine & Allied Health Sciences E. Mr. Ebrima Gomez- School of Information, Technology and communication F. Mr. Bobo Baldeh- Faculty of Law G. Mrs. Jainaba Drammeh- School of Education H. Mrs. Johnson-School of Engineering I. The Gambia College- Office of the Registrar Invitation Cards can be collected from the 10th -13th March 2014 between 08:30 am – 6pm from the Faculty Officers mentioned above. The Procession of Graduands: All Graduands will assemble at the State House Vehicle parking lot from where the procession will move to the July 22nd Square in the following order: A. School of Graduate Studies & Research B. May 2012 Graduands C. December 2012 Graduands D. May 2013 Graduands Congratulations!!!
