The Unpardonable Sin is also told in ( Mark 3:22-30, Luke 11:14-26, 12:8-10) Note that the Pharisees, as heartily as they hated Jesus, did not deny His miracles, which were too numerous and too well known to deny. Though the miracles were entirely benevolent in their own nature, yet so hardened and hypocritical were the Pharisees that they attributed them to Satanic Irvin. Such vile and devilish accusationswere evidence of a nature almost beyond redemption. This may be the import of JESUS words, a condition of heart to which they were perilous near. In Luke 12:10) the unpardonable sin is connected with the denial of Christ. Jesus seems to make a distinction between against Himself, and sin against the Holy Spirit. Quite commonly the Unpardonable Sin is understood thus rejecting Christ, while as yet He was in the flesh, His work unfinished, when even His disciples did not understand Him, was forgivable. Nut after His work was completed, and the Holy Spirit was come, then, in full knowledge, deliberate final rejection of the Holy Spirit offer of Christ would constitute the eternal sin which hath never forgiveness. Similar sin is spoke of in Hebrews 6:6, 10:26 and 1 John 5:16
