The VA Office of Protection and Advocacy (VOPA) as of Oct. 1, 2013, will be the disAbility Law Center of VA. dLCV is the designated protection and advocacy organization for the Commonwealth. It helps clients with disabilty-related problems like abuse, neglect, and discrimination. Each year dLCV carefully selects goals for the work it will do.
