The Winds of God are Blowing The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits. Ecc.1:6 “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didnt do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain This morning I was awakened and told to write what I am seeing in the moment in Christ to help prepare His people for the continual shifting, the ever ongoing merging of heaven to earth, a holy convergence that is expanding us to help us to see on a larger scale who we are in Christ. Be on alert that we are in a great time of exposing where God is allowing us to see the tares in our lives as well as others, they have become false kings but are now large enough to see so He can pluck them out! Keep your eyes on Christ, let go of everything you are holding tightly onto, even how you think God is going to do something in your life can become a false king and God is going to throw the tares into the fire because of His great love and grace for His children, for His friends. THE KEY of justice is turning, keep your eyes on Christ not on the fear coming from the media or from the pulpit but keep your eyes on Me says the Lord. There is a supernatural release of Gods resources upon those He has prepared for such a time as this, this will come from the kings of this worldly mindset, God is using the places that have been set like stone against you to pour out his honey. Psalm 81:16 But you would be fed with the finest of wheat; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you. Winds are named by the direction from which they blow. The Doldrums I was shown by the Lord a vast ocean where many of Gods people have been rendered powerless to the oceans strength. Some of you have been in a long season alone with God where at times you have felt trapped, alone, stagnant and not moving towards your destiny, every door has slammed shut and even the heavens where you are used to flying in His Spirit also seem so far away. Stuck out to sea in a small sail boat with no wind in sight and at times the storms would beat down upon your small boat where you thought you would surely die, alone in the great dark sea. This has been a period of the doldrums says the Lord. In the natural they are noted for calm periods when the winds disappear altogether, trapping sail-powered boats for periods of days or weeks alone in the ocean. But God is not a man that He can lie, He uses even the storms in life to renew our focus on Him and not on strength in self or even others. He is renewing your focus in Him where nothing else matters but His presence, His Wind. The Doldrums are also noted for its unpredictable weather where seemingly light winds unexpectedly alter form to become savage thunderstorms. Samuel Coleridge in his Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner described this equatorial realm as hell and famed circumnavigator Sir Francis Chichester concurred, saying of the region Calms were the very devil. All in a hot and copper sky, The bloody Sun, at noon, Right up above the mast did stand, No bigger than the Moon. Day after day, day after day, We stuck, no breath no motion; As idle as a painted ship Upon a painted ocean. Psalms 148:7-8 Praise the LORD from the earth, Sea monsters and all deeps; Fire and hail, snow and clouds; Stormy wind, fulfilling His word; The Horse Latitudes I saw some of Gods people in larger boats carrying many people all hard at work but not getting anywhere. Each one held a different position on the boat from Captain to cook but it was their egos that was the wind in their sales. When suddenly the pressure of their egos gave way to a heaviness and the boat seemed as if it were going to sink as their wind no longer was able to get them to their destination. This was known as the horse latitudes says the Lord and its my people operating out of their own strength instead of relying on Me. His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of the warrior; Psalm 147:10 The horse latitudes are located at about 30 degrees north and south of the equator. The area between these latitudes has little precipitation. It has variable winds. Sailing ships sometimes while traveling to distant shores would have the winds die down and the area would be calm for days before the winds increased. According to some, the term horse latitudes comes from ships sailing to the New World that would often become stalled for days or even weeks when they encountered areas of high pressure and calm winds. Many of these ships carried horses to the Americas as part of their cargo. Unable to sail and resupply due to lack of wind, crews often ran out of drinking water. To conserve scarce water, sailors on these ships would sometimes throw the horses they were transporting overboard. Horse Latitudes also consists of a spoken word piece delivered by Jim Morrison. The poem, claimed to be one of the first ever written by Morrison, tells the tale of a ship that is forced to jettison its cargo (consisting of horses) in order to survive. It was released as the fifth track on the second album, Strange Days, in 1967. [Verse] When the still sea conspires an armor And her sullen and aborted Currents breed tiny monsters True sailing is dead! Awkward instant And the first animal is jettisoned Legs furiously pumping Their stiff green gallop And heads bob up Poise Delicate Pause Consent In mute nostril agony Carefully refined And sealed over It is time to throw your horse (your own strength) overboard. (Acts 27) I saw ministries relying on the begging for dollar system to fuel their boats, the wind in their sails so to speak, completely get shut off from the sewers. From very large and rich ministries to the smallest, those relying on others God was stopping the money from coming in for it had become like law, set in stone, relying upon man instead of God. Some ministries were so busy doing that they forgot their first Love so God in His great grace and great love for His people is removing the doing and renewing His Love. Cain Cane the Hurricane To what purpose cometh there to me incense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me. Jeremiah 6:20 I first saw a hurricane (hurry cain) named Cain Cane arise in the sea, she was a large ministry with many different paths in the sea connecting many ministries together as one. She appeared in her fury quite beautiful, magical and made one appear less than and lacking if not involved with her. She picked up the boats in the sea like one would catch a gold fish out of a bowl, her smooth prophesying left one in a state of bliss and euphoria and this is when she would attack as she picked them up into her great whirlwind of false divinities and holy rush and swallowed them whole. The prophets are as wind, And the word is not in them. Thus it will be done to them! Jeremiah 5:13 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. Jude 1:11 For the LORD shall smite Israel, as a reed (cane) is shaken in the water, and he shall root up Israel out of this good land, which he gave to their fathers, and shall scatter them beyond the river, because they have made their groves, provoking the LORD to anger. 1 Kings 14:15 I then saw another wind arise in the sea, she was likened unto a hurricane but even a great force, she was so blue she appeared black and with one quick snap, she uprooted Cain/Cane from her position in the sea breaking her into tiny pieces. Psalms 48:7 With the east wind You break the ships of Tarshish The God of glory thunders …. The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars…. The voice of the LORD flashes forth flames of fire [i.e., lightening]. The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness…. The voice of the LORD … strips the forests bare, and in his temple all cry, “Glory!” The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD sits enthroned as king forever (Ps 29:3–10 ESV). The Trade Winds of God O Watch and see what I will do says the Lord as I send in My Trade Winds to blow you to your new position in Me. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries. - Psalm 135:7 The Trade Winds of God Blowing from the subtropical highs or horse latitudes toward the low pressure of the intertropical convergence zone are the trade winds. Named from their ability to quickly propel trading ships across the ocean. This is where the going gets good, the Trade Winds of God are blowing you to your new position in Christ, they are the winds of God, His mighty breath that blew on us His resurrection life are now blowing and all you have to do is let go. Let go of doing things in your own strength says the Lord, doing things your way believing they are My ways, holding onto tightly to your own strength and provision is keeping you bound to the sea, tossing here and there and everywhere when you can be flying with Me. The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.
